Use of Titles

Forty2 Strategy Pty Ltd (Forty 2) is an incorporated consulting firm which is a corporation for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

The use of the title “Partner” by a consultant in this practice is used to denote seniority and does not and is not intended to signify that the firm is contracting otherwise than as a corporation. For the avoidance of doubt, any such title does not and is not intended to signify that a partnership within the definition of the Partnership Act 1892 (NSW), the Partnership Act 1958 (Vic) or the Partnership Act 1963 (ACT) exists at law, or in respect of any other legislation, regulations, or rules applying to the laws of partnership in Australia.
